Are there any onboarding or training sessions?
Our Labnote Specialists provide Product Onboarding & Basic Training sessions if necessary.During these sessions, you may set up commonly used materials or processes in your labs as SOP templates to be used immediately after the onboarding.

How is data managed?
Labnote’s AWS Cloud-based server provides complete data & privacy protection for your research. It is based on global requirements such as HIPAA and provides restrictions on specific IPs and concurrent access.If requested, exporting data is always available. We also provide periodic data backups to protect against your data loss.
Are there any external service integrations available?
Labnote is preparing partnerships with various external services such as inventory management services (equipment, reagents, etc.) and API services. If you need a specific service integration, please tell us during the onboarding process, and we can discuss the possible support.
Is Labnote certified for government or related public projects?
Labnote currently provides Kakao digital signatures for government authentications (for South Korea only), and many customers are leveraging LabNote to submit their government assignments online. Furthermore, we are in the process of acquiring FDA CFR Part 11-based certification, which will qualify for the global standard of electronic note certification.
